| A number of our carrier partners continue to struggle with support of older, outdated browsers. Likewise, agents continue to use these older browsers for a variety of reasons. This can cause many issues; security performance, support, and system access difficulties - to name a few. To assist with gaining needed insights on this, ACT created and fielded two separate surveys, each with a focus on agents & carrier concerns and requirements. In this issue, we are sharing some results from the Agent survey. ACT is continuing to analyze incoming responses and will spearhead discussion to help set direction that can address these issues. | | As we work toward wrapping up this year, we want to share the status of our open work groups, as well the industry resources created by volunteer members across agents, carriers, vendors, user groups, and association partners. Note that participation on any work group is open and free to any Big ‘I’ member agent- all that is needed is to send an email to ACT@iiaba.net, indicating which work group(s) you’d like to be a part of. And don’t feel as though you have to be a tech expert to share and get a lot out of our monthly work group meetings – we’re looking for insights on workflow challenges to solve for.
